What sizes are available for your clothing?
Our clothing is available in sizes 1T up to 5T. Please check the size chart associated with the item you’re interested in for detailed measurements and guidance on selecting the right size.
Are the fabrics used in the clothing safe for sensitive skin?
Our clothes are created with fabrics that are a blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester which is generally considered safe for sensitive skin and a standard in toddler apparel nationwide. However, we do know that individual sensitivities vary, which is why we also have some items that are 100% cotton as it is a hypoallergenic, natural, and breathable fabric that some parents prefer. Please check the product description for the fabric mix of an item you are interested in purchasing.
Are the clothes easy to clean and care for?
Yes, the clothes within our toddler clothing brand are designed to be easy to clean and care for, ensuring convenience for busy parents. The cotton and cotton blend that we use is durable, anti-wrinkle, anti-shrink, and machine-washable, providing both comfort for your little one and practicality for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to offer “fast and reliable shipping for our adorable toddler clothing line! Expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days, ensuring that your little ones are stylish in no time. If there is any delay in shipment, you will be notified via the email that was provided during order placement.
What is your return or exchange policy for toddler clothes?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Noah’s Closet. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days of the original purchase date.
Returns:
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received and have the original tags that were attached to the product.
• Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service within 45 days of your purchase.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To request a refund, please provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.
